just goes to show how even exquisite tailoring can't make a man out of a mouse; the Duke is exhibit A in demonstrating the regression of the British upper classes due to over/in-breeding (at least in males)--much like the English bulldog who now have a hard time even saluting a fire hydrant The Euro-monarchies would have been much better served by adding a few more dashing cavalry officers or clever chambermaids into the mix.
