One no longer encounters such tasteful analysis of Arabian excrement nowadays; I suppose it has lost its shock value, unless the newly-arrived Russian emigrants pushing them out simply show better decorum when relieving themselves. I do try to get my students to experience Adam Curtis; his Power of Nightmares is especially powerful. This little excerpt may just do it.
