When we met in 1972 my wife and I lived at opposite ends of the 14 bus route, she on Hornsey Rise me in in East Putney. Happy days

Used to be handy from the Fulham Road striaght into the West End back home. Truly miss the Routemasters.

Admiral, one of my regular lines with the 19 when I lived on Sloane Avenue and went to college on the Charing Cross Road. One of the last to hold on to that triumph of ergonomic engineering, the Routemaster.
