Isn't he King Juan Carlos' uncle? A couple of years ago he won the right to be considered a memeber of the royal family because he proved that he was the natural son of the late King Alfonso XIII (the current King's grandfather).
No, it's not King Juan Carlos I uncle. Is a pic of Don Jaime de Mora y Aragón. Marquiss of Casa Riera, and de Blanca de Aragón and Carrillo de Albornoz. He was the brother of Queen Fabiola of Belgium. He was an lawyer from Princeton, also have a degree in Psycologie. Works as an actor beside Vittoria de Sica, among many others. He was too Honorary consul fron Zaire. He founded various clubs in Marbella, etc. etc. He was the "epytome" of the Jet-Set in Spain. He dies in 1995.
And, looking well the pic. I can affirm taht it's not Don Jaime de Mora y Aragón. It's a model assuming that role. This pic was published in the spanish GQ last summer, (July- August issue) in a set of pictures reflecting the golden years of the Jet- Set at Marbella
"In every battle the eyes are the first to be conquered..."
- Tacitus, Germania
"One must work in solitude as a man who opens a clearing in virgin forest, sustained by the unique hope that somewhere in its depths, others are working to the same end."
- Ernst Jünger
"I find that I must go handsomely, whatever it costs me, and the charge will be made up in the fruit it brings."

True style.

An unidentified flying handkerchief just crash landed in his pocket!
