Looks like a picture of T.E. Lawrence just setting out on his last fateful motorcycle jaunt on May 13, 1935.
It seems that whomever took the picture was sympathetic to ISIL because "T.E." has his head cut off in this frame. Never mind what he did for the Arab cause...he is, in the end, just a Christian infidel and not fit, in their estimation, to share the earth with the "Religion of Peace".

Except Lawrence rode a Brough Superior SS100, not a Triumph.

Alas that is the current Triumph Bonneville and not a Brough Superior.

Jeeez...you guys are hard asses. I KNOW this wasn't T.E. Lawrence. I said "IT LOOKS LIKE"..I should have said "REMINDS ME OF".
Lawrence wouldn't have had a Rolex Watch like this guy is wearing and the color in the photo would have been "washed out" as color photograpy was in its infancy.
It reminded me of Lawrence because of the boots (in my opinion very 20s-30s.
I see that I will have to check my comments to be sure that what I say will come across literally and not suggestively.
Thanks for the comments anyway it shows at least a couple of people know the minutiae of white history and a famous imperialist.

Yeah...! A Rolex Watch like this guy is wearing and the main thing that color in the photo would have been "washed out".. Robert your observation is awesome.

The bike is an overweight boat anchor and if that is a Rolex Sub, which I doubt due to the size of the crown, it has an entirely inappropriate leather strap which is entirely sub-optimal for wearing in a marine environment.
