The guitar player sounds like an out-of-tune Stephen Stills playing Season of the Witch on the album Super Session.

This dreck is even worse than some punk rock. Punk rockers sounded bad because they didn't know how to play their instruments. These fools are playing badly on purpose to make some sort of ironic point. Very decadent.
