Well, he was a fascist, in the early days of the movement, but many Italians of his class were, approving of the high standards or civil order the party sought to achieve, but he ultimately sided against Mussolini when the party evolved to the extreme right and Italy was clearly headed for defeat. I doubt that Pucci ever truly embraced the worst items of the Fascist platform.

That man was no fascist. He started designing as a college student on Oregon.
