God, I hope they keep the "moral" message down to a manageable roar this time. All of Stone's proselytizing almost ruined a perfectly good movie about why one must remain utterly amoral and aloof.
Sadly they've cast the contemptible and uninteresting Shia La-I-Can't-Be-Bothered-To-Remember-How-To-Spell-His-Name as the protegé of G2.
I still have high hopes. As I've pointed out, I often like movies for all the "wrong" reasons.
This looks like a fun movie even if it has that Shia guy in it. I'm sure that my money manager beau and I will laugh our way through the film.
Having been around investment people my entire adult life, I could only wish to have met someone as exciting as the fictional Gordon Gekko. Have fun at your private screening.
"In every battle the eyes are the first to be conquered..."

"One must work in solitude as a man who opens a clearing in virgin forest, sustained by the unique hope that somewhere in its depths, others are working to the same end."
- Ernst Jünger
"I find that I must go handsomely, whatever it costs me, and the charge will be made up in the fruit it brings."
