I read you every week, but sometimes your posts make me think twice. In any gathering of medical professionals, nutritionists will, as a rule, be the dumbest and worst educated of the lot. (I speak as a medical professional who works with nutritionists, doctors, etc.) They are almost all low-fat, low-protein devotees of vegetarianism, so I fail to see how this poster fits in your worldview. Not to mention that I fail to see how any poster fits in with your worldview--posters, per se, being so much a part of the modern degradation.
"In every battle the eyes are the first to be conquered..."
- Tacitus, Germania
"One must work in solitude as a man who opens a clearing in virgin forest, sustained by the unique hope that somewhere in its depths, others are working to the same end."
- Ernst Jünger
"I find that I must go handsomely, whatever it costs me, and the charge will be made up in the fruit it brings."

Builds character. We have lost that style of thought.
Unfortunately, nutritionists tend to be out to lunch about nutrition. Still stuck in the low-fat, high-carb paradigm.
